What we collect

When you send a request through our form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, facility, role, purchasing contract, and your message. We don’t use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your request to connect you with a manufacturer or authorized supplier who can answer it, such as with a quote, a demo, drape pricing, or service. We share it only with that company, for that purpose.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.
We don’t collect patient information. Please don’t include any in your message.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify. We keep requests only as long as needed to handle them and follow up.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, use the form and say so in the message. We’ll handle it promptly.
